1) The obstacles that prevented me from buying this program, was the fear of of what I might find in myself that I didn't like. Sure enough, I found a few things, but recognize them enough to know how to fix them.
2) Sport was very frustrating when things went poorly. I wasn't mentally tough enough to make it through rough times on the court, field, or even in life.
3) I realize I have a lot of work to do, but am I willing to fix things that are going to help me. I got into this program because I wanted to be better at basketball. What I found is that if I improve as a person, then I'll eventually improve as a player. The two go hand in hand and I needed to Todd to point that out to me.
4) You can go at your own pace, flexibility, and the price.
5) Yes, because I see other athletes who have the same problems that I do. I recognize there struggles and usually can tell that they probably have the same problems in there personal life as well.
6) I wish I could have weekly or monthly sessions with Todd. Problem is that insurance doesn't pick it up. I hope what I've learned I can pass on to my son, so that he doesn't have to struggle like I did. When he's old enough, of course. Hopefully he's a better listener than I was when I was young.

This program was just what I needed right when I needed it. I'd found myself starting to get into a bit of a slump in my fall training for track so I was in search of something to improve myself and make myself a better person. I found what I was looking for when Alex Maroko had a post about What all athletes fear and what would you do if you had the swagger and confidence of a champion. I wouldn't have taken the plunge on the product if I didn't get a personal email from Alex. When he sent me an email and said look, best thing for you to do is do the challenge it'll change everything from performance, confidence, women etc.

1. So to sum it up a personal recommendation and a discount made joining the Challenge an easier decision to make.

2. Things as an athlete were not the best. I'm not the best athlete on the track team, last season I was plagued with two injuries that made training and the meets I did run in seemed detrimental with mediocre times. I had no confidence instilled in me from coaches. The head coach went as far to say as there will be no way in hell I will be competitive with the times from the first race despite placing third and then injured from there on.

3.Mentally I am much more focused and sharp. Confidence is something I not only have but build upon each day thanks to the challenge's lessons. I know how to get in the flow and I find more of a consistency compared to weak or mediocre performances. I used to consider myself cynical and negative now I am more positive and upbeat. I have a greater grasp over how my brain works and what will help me and my performance and what will hurt it.

4.The biggest benefit is the confidence and being able to go from slump to hot streak with a trigger. The ability to pull something out of nothing and have it be an awesome meet or awesome day of practice is really valuable because of being able to keep the momentum of positive progress going.

Scripts would have to be the next most valuable if not equally valuable because with scripts you can know exactly how a situation is going to go. You know you will succeed. There is no room in your mind for doubt when you've visualized a situation so many times it'd be more of a surprise for it not to go your way.

The final one would be writing too many goals on Day 47-48. I always kinda wondered throughout the challenge if I was limited to the goals of the time and if my focus would drift if I had written down more goals or not and once I had this day it felt like YES I can write down these goals and then let my brain go to work and not have to worry about it. Plus just being competitive I'll want to have hundreds if not a thousand goals by the time next year rolls around.

5.I'd definitely recommend people to the program but I want to be careful on how I do it so it won't be met with negative perception. I'd do it after people notice positive performances and ask about what I've been doing first before I'd tell them about the challenge. This is more for the sake of protection of the integrity of the challenge than anything else. I wouldn't want people signing up for the challenge and then not taking it seriously and then complaining about it not being as effective for them based on their own laziness.

6. To put this as simple as possible for everyone, the challenge is life changing. You think differently, you function differently, and you do things differently. All in a positive sense. I looked back at something I wrote two weeks before the challenge and I scoffed at it. I couldn't believe how differently my thought process was compared to now. I remember not just performing poorly during races but actually DREADING going to the starting line. Now I can't wait for the season to start. I can't wait to prove my head coach wrong. Truly it all starts with the mental game and once you have that piece of the puzzle solved everything else just fits into place so easily and beautifully. Todd you're amazing. It'd be awesome if you had an advanced program or something else to offer us because I'd sign up in a heartbeat. The challenge was awesome I can't thank you enough.

~Brandon

The only obstacle that would have prevented me from buying this program was that I was unaware of it until 60 days ago. Things were fine as an athlete, but I was streaky in my performances, and didn't have that consistent confidence brought to each game that allowed all of my hard work I did in the off season pay off in its fullest. After the challenge I play every game like it's my last, and my focus is very strong and consistent with my performances. The biggest benefit from this program is that all the hard work I put into the off season, shows through my play every time, because I have the confidence to do what I practiced every time. I would absolutley recommend this program to others because it is an eye opener to the face that you are in o=control, and that If you are able to acquire the right mind set you can do anything. This program opened my eyes to not only how I can control my world in sports but in all other aspects of my life.
Thank you!

Hi Todd,
1.the obstacle that would have prevented me from buying was a higher fee (i got the Champions Challenge at the discounted price and it was still a tough decision, as I'm still a student. Looking back, it's a decision I would make every single time, but at that time not knowing how great the program was I probably wouldn't have bought it if it was over 100$
2. Before things weren't bad for me as an athlete, as I was part of the junior national team, in the top 5-8 of the junior ranking categories. however I always struggled a lot with fear and doubt, especially against foreign players, and I always felt I could get much more as I was always procrastinating on things I knew were necessary to do, and never played as well as I did in training.
3. After the challenge, well the biggest difference is that I'm more confident. I'm also heading into competition much more prepared than before, and deal much better with difficulties and setbacks. I'm not where I want to be yet,and there's still a lot to improve but now I have the tools to do so.
4. The biggest benefits, the best of all would be having an environment in the challenge where everyone was striving towards the same goals, and realising that you're not alone in your difficulties, and also taking courage from other's improvements. Also the wealth of strategies and bonuses which are basically an unfair advantage over other competitors. And the way the program is structured, which makes it much easier to take action as I often feel swamped with information and not knowing where to start. A simple step by step method such as this where things are added on gradually helped me to sort of ease into this process.
5. Yes I would, because I've personally experienced how hard it is to succeed without mastering yourself first and I see it happen to many of my fellow athletes all the time, they deserve better.
6. I don't have anything to add, thanks again for everything Todd
Hi Todd:

Thanks so much for putting this program together. Though I've been a student of Jim Rohm and others in the past, this program in a mix of video and written formats. I like the fact that you spread the information out over a long period of time so that we could attempt some of the bag of tricks and incorporate them into our routine. I'm making this comment as soon as I read it, which is a reflection of the training you gave us to "do it now." I find that I'm applying the lessons of the program in a much more comprehensive fashion than I originally intended. I didn't take the program as an athlete, but I can relate to the program to any project that I undertake. The process is the same and you have provided the road map to be able to tackle the projects without alot of stress.

I like this program because it shows how our mind works and how we can make our mind to work for us. I am always looking for something that I could improve my personal grow and it was that helps everyone to improve personal grow. By the way it helped me achieving my goals and set up new ones. By this program I became achiever and I like be achiever rather than a dreamer only with wishes. I just want to leave here a comment "nothing works if we won`t".
All the best to everyone who is on the way to become better, even a little better but better.

Hi Todd, Before I delve into giving the feedback I shall give you a little back ground first. I am a Mom of a Volleyball club athlete in Calgary. My son heard you speak this spring and said, although he usually tunes out "These sorts of talks" ,he ended up hanging on to every word you said. When you offered the discount for this program I went ahead and registered him. While I am not an athlete my background in health and wellness gave me the context to really buy into your program so I diligently took notes and presented your ideas to my family on a regular basis...driving to and from practices or at the dinner table etc. More importantly I put your theories to good use when I found myself faced with two situations that scared the heck out of me. Both were speaking challenges. The first one was as a stand-up comic for a charity gig and the second time was at my son's grade nine graduation giving the "parent perspective" before 600 people. More than ever I had to visualize the outcome I wanted...read my script over and over again and push out all the defeating thoughts (LIke fainting on stage). So trust me ...I was doing your homework assignments. These two events were huge challenges for me and I pulled them off with a level of success that floored me( and grew my soul). One difference was that I remember feeling successful right before I was about to speak, usually I am just trying to keep from passing out. This allowed me to actually enjoy myself and be a little spontaneous.
1) Several factors came together my son's endorsement being a big one and your price discount.
2) and 3) I have more faith that this process works and more confidence that the sky is the limit for any goal I set...And I have several coming down the pipe these days as a result of my' growing into journal.' I did this goal setting activity at a workshop in my 20's and have actually achieved many of them. I remember putting down that I wanted to be on the Phil Donahue talk show one day...I came very close to being interviewed by him because they were doing a show on home births and I had had both my daughter and son at home, my son being a water birth .Phil's team was interested in my opinion about a land birth vs a water birth. So I did get interviewed over the phone and Phil and his team saw my naked body in about a dozen pictures portraying Russell's water birth. I remember when I first randomly wrote down this goal - not taking it too seriously and being shocked 13 years later when my midwife phoned me to get my pictures for the show. Thinking "this stuff really does work".
5) Yes I would recommend your program because I got so much from it...people have to be ready to do the homework..change ain't easy.
Russell said he talked to you at the volleyball nationals at the U of C in may, so thanks for being accessible and down to earth for these young athletes.

While I am not an athlete my background in health and wellness gave me the context to really buy into your program so I diligently took notes and presented your ideas to my family on a regular basis…driving to and from practices or at the dinner table etc. More importantly I put your theories to good use when I found myself faced with two situations that scared the heck out of me. Both were speaking challenges. The first one was as a stand-up comic for a charity gig and the second time was at my son's grade nine graduation giving the “parent perspective” before 600 people. More than ever I had to visualize the outcome I wanted…read my script over and over again and push out all the defeating thoughts (LIke fainting on stage). So trust me …I was doing your homework assignments.
2) and 3) I have more faith that this process works and more confidence that the sky is the limit for any goal I set…And I have several coming down the pipe these days as a result of my' growing into journal.' I did this goal setting activity at a workshop in my 20's and have actually achieved many of them. I remember putting down that I wanted to be on the Phil Donahue talk show one day…I came very close to being interviewed by him because they were doing a show on home births and I had had both my daughter and son at home, my son being a water birth .Phil's team was interested in my opinion about a land birth vs a water birth. So I did get interviewed over the phone and Phil and his team saw my naked body in about a dozen pictures portraying Russell's water birth. I remember when I first randomly wrote down this goal – not taking it too seriously and being shocked 13 years later when my midwife phoned me to get my pictures for the show. Thinking “this stuff really does work”.
5) Yes I would recommend your program because I got so much from it…people have to be ready to do the homework..change ain't easy.
Russell said he talked to you at the volleyball nationals at the U of C in may, so thanks for being accessible and down to earth for these young athletes.

1.	the initial price of the program was more than I was able to spend then Todd offered a special discount and I was able to afford it.
2.	I have competed for the club championship 3 times and have been unable to seal the deal. Learning how to set goals correctly and move the process goals into the unconscious mind is an unbelievably lethal tool. I know that I am playing much better now than I ever have before and I truly believe that I will win it this year.
3.	My overall shot making abilities have improved and my competitors have definitely noticed the difference.
4a.	Learning how to apply the techniques involved in the program is the number one thing for me.
4b.	Learning how to prepare for upcoming events is amazing, "scripting."
4c.	journaling! This simple daily exercise really helps you work out the bugs.
5.	I've often thought of discussing the program with my golf league but, I will wait until a much later date for that.
6.	I was unable to view all of the daily content in a continuous manner and it seemed to prevent me from receiving a response to my comments. I also was not informed that you do not get to keep the program for life. You have to subscribe to the program for a monthly fee after the 60 days. I still don't approve of that. I believe that once I have paid for the program I should be able to use it as a resource at any time, just like a book. Todd did comp us for one free year of access though so, I do have to say thank you for the program Todd.
Tim
